TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions refer to MULSH operating from www.mulsh.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions:
1.General:
1.1. All references to 'we' and 'us' refer to MULSH.
1.2. To purchase any Aerosol Paint products, you must be aged 16 years or over. By placing an order for such products, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
1.3. To purchase any cutter/knife products, you must be aged 18 years or over. By placing an order for such products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.4. All items for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated.
1.5. Dispatch of items
1.5.1. We endeavour to dispatch items within 72 hours of receipt of cleared payment, except during weekends and UK bank holidays. However, on most weekdays, items will be dispatched the next day if cleared payment is received before 14:00 hrs. This is also dependent on all items for an order being in stock.
1.5.2. Items for which cleared payment is received before 13:00 hrs will normally be dispatched the same day. This is also dependent on all items for an order being in stock. Courier rates apply to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands. At checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided. For postal rates to any part of the UK not covered or if you have a specific delivery request, please contact us, as other services are available.
1.5.3. VAT is included in all prices where relevant. A VAT receipt can be issued upon request. VAT registration number: 924 8086 08.
1.6. Product Colours: The actual colour of a product may differ slightly from the colour shown in the product listing. This is due to screen settings and minor differences in paint batches.
2.Payment:
2.1. We accept all cards, PayPal and Klarna payments. Please note that PayPal eCheques normally take 10 days to clear.
2.2. Payments should be made within 7 working days from the purchase date. If you are not using PayPal as your payment method, please include with your payment the description and colour of item(s), if applicable.
2.3. Important information for non-UK Buyers:
2.3.1. Non-UK buyers should pay via PayPal/Klarna. However, if an alternative payment method is desired, then we may be able to accommodate you, but you MUST contact us BEFORE sending the payment, as not all other non-UK payment methods are acceptable.
3. Items out of stock:
3.1. If the buyer places an order and that order contains out of stock items, we will send one email to the buyer's email address to request alternatives.
3.2. In the case of pigments Paint, if the buyer has not responded with an indication of their alternatives within 24 hrs of being sent the email referred to in 3.1 above, then a replacement colour will be dispatched.
3.3. If the buyer is not happy with the colour replacement referred to in 3.2, then they can opt to return the item(s) in question in accordance with section 4.1 below.
4. Returns
4.1. Contract Cancellation: As a customer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 14 working days, starting from the day after the day on which the item is delivered. Please note that this contract cancellation policy does not apply to DVDs where the outermost seal or wrapping has been broken, nor to magazines.
4.1.1. To return item(s) under the terms of 4.1 above, the items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken. For clothing, all original tags and labels must also be attached. The item(s) must be received by us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. To ensure your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please note that unless the item is damaged on receipt or we delivered the item to you in error (see 4.2 below), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
4.2. Wrong/Damaged items:
4.2.1. Wrong item(s): If we send the wrong item(s) to you, you can return it for replacement or refund at your discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). Before returning the items to us, you must contact us with details of the item(s) received. Any items to be returned to us must comply with the item condition description given in 4.1.1 above. Missing items must be reported within 7 working days.
4.2.2. Damaged item(s): At MULSH, we take great care in packaging all our items, but in the unlikely event that you receive item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no extra cost to you. You will need to return the damaged item(s) and all associated packaging to us before we can issue replacements. We will also refund the postage cost associated with the return. Please contact us before returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If returning the damaged item(s) is impractical, we would require photographic evidence of the damage before issuing replacements. Please report any damaged items within 7 working days so that we can send a claim to the relevant courier.
5. Proof of Posting/Postal issues:
5.1. MULSH obtains proof of posting for all packages sent.
5.2. For packages deemed lost in the postal system, MULSH will complete the relevant forms for the investigation into the loss on behalf of our customers. Please note that these investigations can take a considerable amount of time to be completed. For full shipping information, please refer to the shipping information which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 Failure to provide a complete and correct delivery address may cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel, incur an additional delivery fee if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, or result in the parcel becoming entirely lost. MULSH cannot be held accountable for any problems caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
5.4 Since Brexit, EU customers are no longer required to pay the 20% UK VAT rate. However, the local VAT rate will be charged when the package enters the destination country. The cost of this varies, and a UPS handling charge will apply. Please note that MULSH cannot be held responsible for these import charges. We advise that you check with your local authority to estimate what this may be.

7. "Free Stuff":
7.1. Only 1 free item per order can be issued.
7.2. Free items will not be sent with orders unless they are added to the cart.
